Description

Support the design, development, and release of next-generation products by collaborating with system architects, chip designers, and software engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive systems deployment and technology bring-ups to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Manage daily systems recovery, qualification, and maintenance of SLAs and availability targets.
• Own inventory and life-cycle management for all assets within data centers and labs.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collect data for critical execution metrics.
• Maintain a safe, organized lab environment following high-level data center standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in data centers or large engineering labs.
• Hands-on experience installing, handling, and troubleshooting PCBs, workstations, server motherboards, GPUs, and NICs.
• Proficiency with rack and stack deployment, including power, ethernet, fiber, and PDU management.
• Experience with liquid cooled enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency using Netbox/Nautobot (or comparable DCIM) and Jira/ServiceNow.
• Ability to perform manual labor and use hand tools.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent technical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience in Python or Shell, and ability to read Tcl or Java.
• Experience with Git, Perforce, or other SCMs and SQL database querying.
