Description

Lead the establishment of an Enterprise Architecture practice, supporting strategic imperatives through scalable solution design and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Enterprise Architecture governance framework and facilitate the architecture review board.
• Advise technology teams on roadmaps, principles, standards, and best practices to ensure alignment with the enterprise vision.
• Aggregate the enterprise continuum of knowledge across applications, infrastructure, capabilities, and data to provide management recommendations.
• Consult on the design of new technology projects, documenting solutions and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business leaders and delivery teams to communicate technology tradeoffs and ensure architectural alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, including design, deployment, and systems lifecycle management.
• Expertise across all EA layers: Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security.
• Proficiency with EA frameworks including TOGAF, Zachman, and NIST.
• Deep knowledge of network architecture, data flows, and application integration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and infrastructure planning and operations.
• Ability to establish standards for EA documentation and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business intelligence.
