Description

You will lead the analysis and evaluation of business requirements to develop technical solutions that automate and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems to design and implement automated system solutions.
• Configure system settings, options, and detailed specifications to meet user requirements.
• Plan and execute business unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to users regarding system enhancements and upgrades.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide guidance or training to less experienced staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of specific ERP work experience.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
• Experience working with TCP Timeclocks.
• Strong knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to establish work methods, timetables, and performance standards.
• Expertise in identifying and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 5–8 years of directly related professional experience.
