Description

You will produce accurate, competitive estimates for single and multi-phase site development projects and manage them through completion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and site conditions to determine necessary quantities of time, materials, and resources.
• Engage third-party providers, assess service value, and negotiate pricing.
• Formulate incremental pricing structures by applying internal cost data to quantity estimates.
• Compile full job costs and prepare all documentation required for bid submissions.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and costs, collaborating with Field Management to control costs and price extra work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in estimating or project management.
• Experience with site development project lifecycles.
• Ability to manage field management workflows and cost controls.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical plans and site conditions.
• Strong negotiation skills for third-party provider engagement.
• Competency in client relationship management and business development.
• Experience with CJM’s.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide guidance and advice to junior staff members.
