Description

You will design and implement ETL architecture, frameworks, and best practices for large-scale data integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions, including schema design and query tuning.
• Lead the migration of existing data platforms to AWS cloud-native environments.
• Develop data pipelines integrating data from diverse sources using ETL/ELT tools, SQL, and Python/Scala.
• Implement data governance, metadata management, and security standards across data pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in data engineering, ETL development, or data architecture.
• Expertise with Snowflake (Data Modeling, Query Performance Tuning).
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EC2, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Matillion, AWS Glue).
• Strong programming in SQL, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Solid understanding of data lake and data warehouse architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data deployments.
• Experience with Hadoop and Spark.
