Description

You will own the testing, analysis, and automation of ETL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases and strategies for applications utilizing ETL components.
• Implement orchestration of business flows to automate complex scenarios.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate data using frontend and backend methods.
• Develop test plans for software releases, defining resources, dependencies, and overall testing strategy.
• Review technical requirements against data warehouse and BI terminology to build test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ETL testing.
• Solid understanding of test automation architecture and framework design.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash Scripts for automation script creation.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for source-to-target validation.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Redshift data warehouses.
• Experience with traditional SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with CI/CD implementation using Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Ab Initio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
