Sr. ETL Validator

You will validate ETL processes and manage MI reporting testing within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed ETL specifications and validate end-to-end ETL processes.
• Test various modules of MI reporting to ensure data accuracy.
• Mentor and coach technical staff on ETL validation standards.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support internal and external initiatives to drive product vision.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ETL process validation or related technical fields.
• Expertise in writing ETL specifications.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Strong experience working with Oracle databases.
• Experience with BI/MI reporting and testing.
• Ability to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, at least 2 days a week.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
