Description

You will lead the design, development, and analysis of complex ETL systems and Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex systems analysis and design as a technical leader and individual contributor.
• Direct less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks across project scopes.
• Manage technical project plan components, including task assessments and effort estimations.
• Collaborate with operations and technology staff from initial analysis through user acceptance testing.
• Execute detailed test plans, manage test data, and perform debugging.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 4+ years of expertise with Talend ETL tools, including Talend Data Integration, Data Profiler, and Data Stewardship.
• Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
• Expertise in designing and implementing large data warehouses and data lakes using relational and dimensional design.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills for SQL Server or other databases.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency in data modeling using ERWIN or similar tools.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs using Java Spring Boot and JSON configuration.
• Hands-on experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and OpenShift platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud/hybrid architecture and job automation/scheduling.
