Description

You will lead strategic communication plans for C-level executives and manage global digital strategy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year digital roadmaps and annual objectives aligned with Global Consumer Banking technology.
• Direct strategy framework development and maintain regional roadmaps with integrated execution plans.
• Establish governance processes to ensure delivery excellence across business-as-usual operations.
• Create digital strategic scorecards to track metrics, drive reporting, and synthesize findings.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor supporting staff to build team capability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience as a team or project leader.
• Experience in Consumer Banking digital environments.
• Proficiency in UI/UX Design, Journey Mapping, and Content Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and CRM.
• Experience with Service & API Development and Cloud Deployments.
• Strong analytical capability and data modeling skills for visually presenting findings.
• Proficiency with MS Teams Suite and project collaboration tools.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduate degree.
