You will manage statutory compliance and audit requirements for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance related to PF, ESI, and S&E regulations.
- Ensure adherence to The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
- Oversee client audit processes and documentation.
- Maintain statutory records to ensure legal alignment.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in compliance or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of PF and ESI regulations.
- Working knowledge of S&E and The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act.
- MBA in HR or a related field.
- Ability to join immediately.

- Previous experience working within the recruitment industry.
