You will manage statutory compliance and audit requirements for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance related to PF, ESI, and S&E regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
  • Oversee client audit processes and documentation.
  • Maintain statutory records to ensure legal alignment.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in compliance or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of PF and ESI regulations.
  • Working knowledge of S&E and The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act.
  • MBA in HR or a related field.
  • Ability to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience working within the recruitment industry.
