You will manage statutory compliance and audit processes for the organization.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and S&E regulations.
• Ensure adherence to The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
• Oversee client audit processes and maintain required documentation.
• Maintain statutory records to ensure ongoing legal alignment.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in compliance or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of PF and ESI regulations.
• Working knowledge of S&E regulations.
• Working knowledge of The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act.
• MBA in HR or a related field.
• Ability to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within the recruitment industry.
