Description

You will drive requirements and configuration for Fenergo implementations, serving as the subject matter expert for onboarding, KYC, and AML processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements for Fenergo onboarding, KYC, and AML workflows.
• Analyze current client onboarding and KYC/AML processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure and customize Fenergo modules related to Client Lifecycle Management, KYC/AML, and onboarding.
• Develop test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations against compliance standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering requirements, configurations, and test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
• Strong working knowledge of the Fenergo Platform, specifically Client Lifecycle Management and KYC/AML modules.
• Demonstrable understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, and EDD processes and associated regulatory standards.
• Experience with regulatory compliance systems and client onboarding workflows.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Project Management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in CBAP, CFA, or CAMS.
