Description

You will provide technical support for enterprise systems, focusing on incident management, service fulfillment, and data center operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve reported computer software, hardware, operating system, and telephony issues.
• Fulfill service requests and manage incident response and restoration.
• Execute installations, upgrades, releases, and deployments.
• Monitor and protect data center systems, jobs, and facilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
