Description

You will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations enhancements to drive global business value.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business ideas into functional strategies, specifications, and design documents for developers.
• Oversee the design and implementation of D365 customizations, integrations, and data management processes.
• Manage customer project delivery and maintain ownership of D365 service providers.
• Develop functional scenario-based test scripts and manage data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct user training sessions, produce technical documentation, and mentor end-users on D365 best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MSD365 F&O).
• Certified Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant Associate.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Architecture and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, and data management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, PowerApps, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements within defined processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or an MBA in Finance/Operations.
