Description

You will own the development, testing, and optimization of global revenue management systems and billing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into concise user stories and requirements for complex payment transaction processing systems.
• Lead multiple simultaneous system projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with SOX policies and financial internal controls.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and quality assurance for changes in legacy and commercial revenue systems.
• Streamline and automate revenue processes and reporting, driving efficiency through data analysis and logical impact assessments.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert guidance on revenue system functionality to non-Finance users and support new product integrations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Systems, Accounting, or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive business or systems analysis experience, preferably in large, multi-national companies.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or system support functions.
• Solid understanding of revenue operations processes including pricing, invoicing, reporting, and master data.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access; strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) or Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).
• Familiarity with JIRA Align for strategy alignment and JIRA for defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other enterprise revenue software such as Oracle BRM, SAP, or Amdocs.
• Knowledge of Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Background in payment industry, transaction-based billing, or M&A system integration.
