Understanding of cloud-connected services and API development. Experience with automation frameworks for remote administration and fleet operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise manageability features across firmware, BIOS/UEFI, operating systems, device drivers, management agents, and cloud-connected services.
- Develop high-performance system software using C/C++ for Windows and Linux platforms.
- Implement remote provisioning, telemetry, health monitoring, diagnostics, and device lifecycle management capabilities.
- Design and develop secure client-server communication mechanisms between managed endpoints and management consoles.
- Integrate firmware, OS services, drivers, and enterprise management platforms to enable seamless manageability workflows.
- Develop APIs, management services, and automation frameworks for remote administration and fleet operations.
- Implement solutions for inventory management, asset tracking, firmware updates, policy enforcement, and endpoint monitoring.
- Design scalable, secure, and reliable software architectures for next-generation manageability platforms.
- Analyze complex system-level requirements and translate them into robust technical designs and implementation plans.
- Perform debugging and root-cause analysis across firmware, drivers, operating systems, cloud services, and applications.
- Optimize platform performance, reliability, security, and maintainability through design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Required: 6–10 years of software development experience in systems software, firmware, embedded systems, or platform software.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Master's degree preferred
