Description

You will develop and maintain embedded software solutions for multi-functional design environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Expand and modify existing firmware to meet product requirements.
• Develop, code, and test embedded software solutions using an IDE.
• Conduct firmware design reviews with peers to ensure quality and project maturity.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define, document, and interpret developmental tests.
• Research firmware and hardware combinations for new designs and potential patentable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in new software development and embedded firmware design implementation.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Rust.
• Experience with Embedded Linux application engineering.
• Experience writing and debugging the Linux Kernel.
• Experience with digital signal processing, Fourier transforms, and digital filtering.
• Experience with custom network protocols for integration with NDI/AYLA networks.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment requiring formalized documentation and approval management.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or PhD degree or candidate.
