Description

Lead the design and development of advanced Flutter applications across iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop (Linux, Mac, and Windows).

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable applications using Flutter, focusing on performance and maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions for mobile platforms and advocate for clean code and object-oriented principles.
• Maintain application quality through rigorous testing, optimization, and bug resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Implement location-based services, including real-time location and route tracking.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Flutter development.
• Expertise in Dart, state management (BLoC, Provider, GetX), and clean architecture.
• Deep understanding of Flutter internals, including Isolates, Method channels, and Event channels.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented design (OOD), algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with Firebase for authentication, cloud messaging, and data storage.
• Practical knowledge of RxDart for reactive programming.
• Experience managing local databases, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Ability to integrate native SDKs and libraries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Web app development experience.
