Description

You will define front-end architecture, enforce engineering standards, and mentor engineering teams while partnering with Product and UX to deliver high-quality UI implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce front-end engineering standards, design systems, and best practices across the organization.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable UI implementations.
• Collaborate with backend and platform teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs effectively.
• Mentor and guide front-end engineering teams to improve code quality and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience in front-end engineering.
• Strong expertise in React and the broader front-end ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design systems, and web performance optimization.
• Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale enterprise front-end environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Background working in Agile/Scrum teams.
