Build and maintain accessible, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.

Responsibilities
- Develop web interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Implement WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards across all digital products.
- Optimize web performance and user experience.
- Manage deployment and workflows within Azure DevOps.
- Integrate Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data tracking.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with React and CSS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
- Experience with Web Performance optimization.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
