Description

You will own backend and API development for high-volume, customer-facing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable, cloud-based API solutions.
• Manage open container applications on AWS and OpenShift (ROSA).
• Maintain automated deployment pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues.
• Collaborate across teams to drive technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Java experience.
• 12+ years of Spring Boot or Quarkus experience.
• 10+ years of API development.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience (Serverless, ROSA/OpenShift, ElastiCache, Aurora, PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years of TypeScript and JavaScript experience.
• 3+ years of Angular experience.
• 3+ years of Git, CI/CD, and Code Pipeline experience.
• 2+ years of Oracle experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift (ROSA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, AWS Glue, or Redshift.
• Expertise in high-traffic applications and crisis management.
• Airline industry experience.
