You own end-to-end outcomes as a technical leader delivering improvements in velocity, reliability, and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code and GitOps solutions using Terraform.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Automate configuration management and provisioning with Ansible.
• Deploy and tune Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS, OpenShift) and containerized workloads.
• Integrate Elasticsearch for observability, logging, and security analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production DevOps or platform engineering systems.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, Git workflows, Terraform, and Ansible.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.
• 1+ year practical experience with AI/Agentic AI systems, including LLMs, orchestration, guardrails, and RAG.
• 1+ year experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Kubernetes and containerization expertise required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware, ArgoCD, Crossplane, or policy engines.
• Prior consulting experience or open-source contributions.
