Description

You will own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and microservices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy full-stack applications, including accessible UIs, GraphQL APIs, and Node.js microservices.
• Build responsive, WCAG-compliant user interfaces prioritizing accessibility.
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and query complexity analysis.
• Implement security best practices including OAuth2, JWT, and input validation.
• Apply TDD principles to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Vitest, Jest, or Playwright.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on full-stack development.
• 2+ years of experience with Vue.js, React, or Lit.
• 2+ years of experience developing back-end services with Node.js.
• 1+ year of experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs.
• 1+ year of experience building and deploying microservices in production.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
