Description

1. Design and deliver end-to-end features across Vue 3, Node.js and MongoDB.
2. Own code quality through reviews, standards and refactoring.
3. Define system architecture for new features and third-party integrations.
4. Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ensure deployment stability using Docker and AWS.
5. Lead sprint planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
6. Break product requirements into engineering tasks and assign work.
7. Track delivery progress and flag blockers.
8. Act as the primary technical contact for product, operations and leadership.
9. Translate technical constraints and timelines for non-technical stakeholders.
10. Document architecture decisions and processes.
11. Conduct one-on-ones, provide feedback and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
12. Support hiring through technical interviews and candidate evaluation.
13. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–8 years software development experience with at least 1+ year in a Lead/Senior role.
• Must have led a team of 5+ developers in an Agile environment.
• Must remain hands-on with coding, PR reviews and architecture.
• Vue.js 3: Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router and component architecture.
• Node.js: Express.js or Fastify, REST API design, async/await and JWT/OAuth2.
• MongoDB: schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines and Mongoose.
• Git workflows including GitFlow, branching and PR discipline.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• Basic Docker knowledge.
• AWS fundamentals including EC2 and S3.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• E-commerce / Marketplace / B2B SaaS domain experience
