You will build and release reliable, scalable software systems for the Core Payments Backend team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and epics to production with a focus on security, reliability, and operations.
• Guide team members and Senior Associate Application Engineers, providing tasks and supporting their growth.
• Oversee design decisions and guide the team to meet key product results.
• Remediate issues using engineering principles and create proactive designs to prevent future failures.
• Achieve team commitments by using informal leadership and strong communication skills.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Full Stack development practices.
• Experience working within an Agile methodology framework.
• Ability to write comprehensive test scripts to achieve full automation.
