Responsibilities

• Lead a group of developers and provide technical strategy for complex requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Architects to conceptualize and build new features.
• Mentor software developers through deep code reviews and technical guidance.
• Develop and implement tests to ensure application quality, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure developers adhere to security best practices and contribute to design and architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of C++.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Experience using Git and GitHub for version control.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
