Lead technical strategy and architecture for complex software engineering projects, mentoring developers and ensuring high code quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and provide architectural guidance for system design and complex requirements.
• Mentor the team through deep code reviews and technical leadership to maintain engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Architects to conceptualize and deliver new features.
• Develop and implement automated and functional tests to ensure application performance and scalability.
• Ensure all technical solutions adhere to established security best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET with C#.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with C++.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments.
• Infrastructure management using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and critical thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with security groups to implement best practices.
