Description

You will lead modernization efforts to migrate legacy systems to a Java/Spring Microservices and React frontend architecture on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack components using React, JavaScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain microservices and APIs with strong SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) integration.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes.
• Execute modernization projects, transitioning legacy codebases to scalable microservices.
• Ensure code quality and performance across the full stack in an enterprise environment.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of professional experience in enterprise-level software development.
• Proficient in React and JavaScript for frontend development (hands-on capability required).
• Strong backend skills in Java, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and API design.
• Comfortable working with SQL databases and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of full-stack development, not limited to backend or frontend only.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Risk Technology or financial services domains.
• Practical knowledge of MongoDB.
