Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot to support fixed income analytics and financial platforms.

Integrate backend services with market data sources, risk analytics systems, and internal enterprise applications to deliver end-to-end business solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using JUnit and automated testing frameworks to ensure application quality and reliability.

Troubleshoot defects, reduce technical debt, and implement continuous improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data, application, infrastructure, and business functions to deliver complex financial technology solutions.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile delivery processes while supporting best practices in software engineering.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

5+ years of professional software development experience with strong backend development expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

Experience supporting fixed income applications or strong knowledge of fixed income concepts, including duration, convexity, spreads, and related derivatives.

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Git, JUnit, and modern software development practices within financial services environments
