Description

You will deliver full-stack solutions and own critical parts of the development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features using Java, Spring, and related frameworks.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Automate testing processes for backend applications and data flow.
• Troubleshoot and deploy systems, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate in an Agile/SCRUM environment to deliver iterative product increments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring REST.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies: JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
• Strong database skills using Oracle, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Gitlab CI/CD and Jenkins/Circle CI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, API Gateway, SQS, etc.).
• Ability to design and write unit tests using TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Redhat Open Shift.
• Knowledge of service integrations and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
