Description

You will serve as a senior technical lead, spending 80% of your time coding core features and 20% mentoring junior developers. You will design microservices, build API-driven architectures, and manage database schemas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write code and develop core features for microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Design and implement backend systems using Java and the Spring framework.
• Manage database schemas and optimize SQL queries.
• Lead and mentor junior developers to improve team output.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and the Spring framework.
• Experience building and maintaining Microservices and APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with experience in either Angular or React.
• Practical experience working within AWS environments.
• Strong SQL skills for database management.
• Proven experience in a technical lead or mentoring capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex microservices orchestration.
• Familiarity with additional cloud-native tools beyond AWS.
