Description

You will design, build, and maintain efficient backend services and microservices with a focus on big data processing and scalable system architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and microservices.
• Process large datasets using PySpark, Databricks, and BigQuery.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Debug and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience in a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• 5+ years of strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, PHP, Java, Node.js, or Kotlin.
• Experience with big data technologies including PySpark, Databricks, and BigQuery.
• Experience using raw SQL/PySpark and ORM tools to interact with datastores.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficient use of Git for code versioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
