Description

Modernize a legacy Oracle-heavy platform by rebuilding the UI in Angular and developing backend services in Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild legacy ADF UI into Angular using reverse-engineered artifacts.
• Develop backend services in Spring Boot, extracting logic from existing schemas.
• Design and consume REST APIs aligned to OpenAPI contracts.
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests using Jest and Playwright.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, and acceleration.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with modern Angular.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot development.
• Hands-on Oracle SQL experience (non-negotiable).
• Experience with legacy modernization or re-platforming projects.
• API design and REST/OpenAPI experience.
• Full stack mindset with ability to work across frontend and backend.
• Willingness to use AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud experience for cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to eventing systems like Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or Mule.
