Description

You will modernize legacy mainframe solutions by designing technical architectures and leading engineering teams through complex implementation challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation efforts to modernize legacy mainframe systems.
• Navigate the team through technical roadblocks while maintaining alignment with the TDD roadmap.
• Mentor junior software engineers through direct technical guidance and support.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TypeScript.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud development.
• 5+ years of experience developing software using Java.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) across multiple platforms.
• Experience with pair programming workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
