Description

You will transform machine learning prototypes into production-ready software products, owning the end-to-end development lifecycle from API creation to UI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build data APIs and delivery services to support operational and analytical applications.
• Develop Angular user interfaces to visualize and interact with model results.
• Implement monitoring capabilities to verify inference accuracy and troubleshoot production issues.
• Integrate code continuously into on-premise and AWS cloud environments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Coach and mentor other developers on the team regarding best practices and system design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and running business, big data, or data science applications.
• Proficiency with Java, SQL, and building REST APIs (Flask, FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with AWS managed services including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge, Step Functions, Aurora, S3, and API Gateway.
• Experience developing infrastructure-as-code using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) or CloudFormation.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS as a developer.
• Experience with CI/CD automation using Git, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Experience developing Angular applications.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and using backlog tools like JIRA or VersionOne.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design patterns for microservices architecture and machine learning products.
• Experience deploying and managing infrastructure based on Docker, OpenShift, and AWS.
