You will own hands-on development across the entire Software Development Life Cycle, building and supporting AI-first and GenAI product experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and support AI-first and GenAI product experiences.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and release planning.
• Perform code reviews and create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on system design.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with large-scale distributed SaaS systems.
• Proficiency with Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Strong database skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, replication, partitioning).
• Familiarity with caching (Redis) and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog.
