Description

You will design and build distributed transactional systems within a cloud-native environment. You own the full lifecycle of these applications, from API development to deployment and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed transactional systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop APIs using Java 8+ and implement middleware solutions for messaging and caching.
• Build cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Optimize systems for multi-threading, performance, resiliency, and scalability.
• Apply Agile development and DevOps practices throughout the software lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in designing and building distributed transactional systems.
• Expertise in Java programming and Java 8+ frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, including Azure API Management, Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grids.
• Proficiency in multi-threading and performance-oriented system design.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, observability, and system resiliency.
• Experience with both NoSQL/document stores and RDBMS.
• Knowledge of securities processing systems and the trade lifecycle.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks and Angular 2+.
• Understanding of UI/UX design, user journeys, and web development frameworks.
