Description

You will build and scale responsive web applications and web services within a large development team.

Responsibilities

• Design and tune applications for high scalability and responsiveness.
• Develop full-stack solutions covering front-end, business logic, and data access layers.
• Write shared, reusable components of code across the stack.
• Translate functional specifications from business-side clients into technical implementations.
• Operate within SCRUM and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 7+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6, ECMAScript modules), TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, WCF, CSS, and HTML.
• 4+ years of extensive experience with Python, Django, and Jinja2.
• Experience building web services using C# and Web API.
• Extensive experience with Semantic HTML, HTML5, XHTML, and CSS.
• Experience with modern deployment and testing practices.
• Recent experience (within the last 3 years) working for a major insurance company.
• Proven track record of working for US-based companies located in the US.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js and asm.js.
