Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise web applications for the Department of Health and Human Services using the Microsoft stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and C#.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures within MS SQL Server.
• Resolve production support issues under tight timeframes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle within a structured team environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full lifecycle web-based software development experience.
• 10+ years with C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Entity Framework.
• 10+ years developing RESTful Web Services using ASP.NET Web API.
• 10+ years developing enterprise applications using Azure services and tools.
• 8+ years with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON.
• 8+ years using Visual Studio.
• 7+ years with Telerik Kendo UI for ASP.NET Core MVC.
• 7+ years writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server.
• 5+ years using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an IIS Administrator or with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience with Azure AD B2C, Azure DevOps pipelines, and application deployments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Adobe Workfront, or State Government DHHS applications.
