You will design and implement large-scale enterprise applications with a focus on data-intensive processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level application architectures.
• Own the release pipeline and resolve issues across the full application stack.
• Perform deep performance profiling to identify memory optimizations and system improvements.
• Tune data-intensive applications for optimal performance.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and data structures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 2+ years of SQL programming experience, specifically with Oracle Exadata.
• Proficiency in Java and Hadoop.
• Strong expertise in performance tuning and memory optimization for data-heavy systems.
• Solid understanding of data structures and analytical debugging.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise application design.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Capital Markets or Wall Street environments.
• Domain knowledge of traded products such as Derivatives and Repos.
• Experience with Perl or Unix shell scripting.
