Description

You will design and build full stack applications with a focus on AI-assisted development workflows. You must have 12+ years of software engineering experience and strong banking domain knowledge. You will work in an office setting and attend face-to-face interviews at the Jersey City office.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack software solutions for banking clients.
• Utilize AI coding assistants such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality code.
• Participate in technical interviews and on-site meetings in Jersey City.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI coding tool: Claude, Claude Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or ChatGPT.
• Full stack development expertise.
• Eligible for H1 visa transfer.

Preferred Skills

• Local to Jersey City or willing to relocate immediately.
