Description

You will own the design, development, and operation of production-grade full-stack systems, leading technical decisions and architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of scalable web applications using React and Java Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize APIs using GraphQL (schema design, federation, N+1 mitigation) and REST (OpenAPI contracts, idempotency).
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using OIDC/OAuth2, JWTs, and least-privilege access controls.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native applications on AWS, managing IAM, networking, and operational observability.
• Drive performance optimization across the stack, including frontend component design and backend query efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of applied full-stack engineering experience delivering and operating production systems.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, modern state management, and responsive UI development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, including dependency injection, validation, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on AWS experience: designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native applications.
• GraphQL proficiency: schema design, resolvers, federation/composition, and query performance optimization.
• REST API design: OpenAPI contracts, pagination, filtering, and backward compatibility.
• Experience with OIDC/OAuth2 implementation, JWTs, and secure session patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka and event-driven system architectures.
• Familiarity with Amazon Neptune for data layer modeling.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot for development acceleration.
