Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of full stack solutions using React, Java Spring Boot, GraphQL/REST, and AWS-managed services, from design through production support. You drive architecture reviews, define service boundaries, and build secure, scalable services with strong operational excellence. You partner with Product and UX to translate requirements into technical plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of high-availability services using React, TypeScript, and Java Spring Boot.
• Define API contracts and data models for GraphQL and REST endpoints, ensuring backward compatibility and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using OIDC/OAuth2 and token validation.
• Establish observability practices including structured logging, metrics, and tracing for incident response readiness.
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, debugging, and test generation while maintaining code quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of applied full stack engineering experience in production environments.
• Expertise in React, including modern patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
• Strong Java Spring Boot skills, covering API development, dependency injection, and error handling.
• Proficiency in GraphQL (schema design, resolvers) and REST (OpenAPI, idempotency).
• Hands-on AWS experience with IAM, networking, and operational tooling.
• Data layer expertise with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, including query optimization and transactional design.
• Experience with event-driven systems using AWS MSK (Kafka) for message streaming.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Claude Code or GitHub Copilot for development acceleration.

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and ECS/EKS.
