Description

You will build and scale fullstack applications for real-time telephony and conversational AI systems. You own the backend infrastructure, frontend interfaces, and low-latency distributed services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and Golang microservices for contact center platforms.
• Implement real-time voice processing and LLM-powered virtual agents with low latency.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces and integrate them with robust backend APIs.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes containerization, and DevOps pipelines for scaling.

Required Skills

• 4-8+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Golang development.
• 5+ years of experience with telephony services, including contact center platforms and conversational AI.
• 4+ years of fullstack development, including frontend capabilities.
• Strong expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure.
• Experience with DevOps practices and low-latency distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
