Description

You will develop and maintain large-scale, active-active distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend services using Java frameworks and REST APIs.
• Develop frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Manage data persistence across SQL and NoSQL datastores.
• Automate deployment pipelines and ensure system availability via CI/CD.
• Debug and troubleshoot applications within Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Extensive experience with Java REST APIs and Java frameworks at scale.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of REST, gRPC, JSON, OAuth, and SAML.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other distributed async event streaming platforms.
• Experience with SQL databases like MySQL or Oracle.
• Experience with NoSQL datastores including Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based application servers like Tomcat or VertX.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Graph databases, specifically Neo4j.
