Description

You will lead backend development and system design while mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and architectures.
• Mentor junior associates and provide technical guidance on codebase standards.
• Communicate technical progress and architectural decisions to senior leadership.
• Manage data workflows using BigQuery, Hadoop, and RDBMS.
• Contribute to frontend tasks using React and Node.js when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development expertise using Java.
• Experience with distributed streaming using Kafka.
• Proficiency with Cloud Computing platforms, specifically Google Cloud or Azure.
• Deep understanding of RDBMS and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Hadoop.
• Ability to work with React and Node.js for UI support.
• Proven experience in System Design.
