Responsibilities

• Lead application architecture and design decisions.
• Mentor junior developers through coding direction and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure all development meets quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Oversee automated testing, debugging, and test data preparation to verify program logic.
• Execute and coordinate logistics for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of Java and Spring Boot experience.
• 5+ years of relational database experience.
• 5+ years of application production support experience.
• 3+ years of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) internet security protocol experience.
• 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
