Description

You will bridge business goals and technical implementation by gathering requirements and evaluating system functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and assess organizational goals to define technical solutions.
• Create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Drive project management and change management processes.
• Evaluate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop system test plans to ensure deliverables meet all defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis or similar roles.
• Master’s degree.
• Agile Methodology expertise, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and ServiceNow.
• Experience using Confluence and Rally Buganizer.
• Advanced use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Analytics, Docs, Slides).
• Experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
