Description

Lead the analysis, design, testing, and maintenance of Oracle/PeopleSoft HR and Payroll (HRCMS). Own the end-to-end lifecycle from initial design through production migration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, and support PeopleSoft HCM application enhancements and new features.
• Lead business fit-gap sessions, requirements development, and application design.
• Manage change activities between project teams and IT service groups to ensure accurate, timely migrations.
• Resolve customer requests within established SLAs and ensure products meet Section 508 Accessibility requirements.
• Train FTE staff on new functionality and present new release features to the project governance board.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
• 4+ years of experience leading business fit-gap sessions and requirements development.
• Proficiency with Oracle and PeopleSoft environments.
• Strong skills in Gap Analysis and SLA management.
• Ability to perform application test scripting and thorough testing.
• Expertise in providing demonstrations of new features and functionality.
• Experience operationalizing new features and collaborating with developers on automation.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
