Description

Lead the analysis, design, testing, and maintenance of Oracle/PeopleSoft HR and Payroll (HRCMS) applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from initial design through production migration.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM application enhancements and new features.
• Lead business fit-gap sessions, requirements development, and application design.
• Manage change activities between project teams and IT service groups for timely migrations.
• Resolve customer requests within SLAs and ensure Section 508 Accessibility compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
• 4+ years leading business fit-gap sessions and requirements development.
• Proficiency with Oracle and PeopleSoft environments.
• Strong skills in Gap Analysis and SLA management.
• Ability to perform application test scripting and thorough testing.
• Experience operationalizing new features and collaborating with developers on automation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
